Step #1 - Dance/Gymnastics Costume Release Information
**WEEK AFTER SPRING BREAK**
APRIL 14TH -18TH
Dance Costumes & Gymnastics Unforms will go home - April 14th -18th
**Make sure you try each costume/uniform package on at home and keep your dance costumes hung up and wrinkle free.
Helpful tips you may need to know:
*Label everything
*Do NOT wear recital dance tights until May 17th or 18th
*Dancer's tights will act as their undergarment. Panties are not needed (No, seriously). It is wise to try on bras with costume beforehand for concealing strap/backs and check support
*Ensure your dancer has all the proper shoes & they are labeled on the inside
*No jewelry, gum, or nail polish
*Make sure you bring all dance shoes
*Do NOT wait until the last minute to pack and prepare

Step #3 - When Is Dress Rehearsal ?
In studio Dress rehearsal - MAY 5TH - 9TH
IN STUDIO REHEARSAL is during all normal class times!
ALL students will bring their Costume Bundle or wear their Gym Uniform to class.
*All female gymnasts - neat low ponytail
*All CHEER tumble - neat high ponytail
*All female tap/ballet combo - neat bun
*All female tap/jazz combo - neat high ponytail
*All Hip-Hop Classes - neat high ponytail
*All male students - neat hair

At the end of each class we will hold our end of the season trophy celebration for all students!
STEP #5 - PURCHASING TICKETS
TICKETS - NO Limit on tickets purchased
Tickets go on sale MONDAY, APRIL 14th
Anyone attending in person age 3 or older is REQUIRED to have a ticket!
- Students in each showcase do not need a ticket

**You will pick up your available ordered items at the high school the day of your showcase**
STEP #6 - SPRING SHOWCASE POLICIES
PLEASE READ
All KIS student accounts must be at a zero balance by Thursday, May 13th @ 8pm to participate in the annual Spring Showcase.
Performers In Audience:
Students are not allowed in the audience during the show. We like to know where they are at all times while they are in our care. For that reason, we do not allow students to sit with their family members. Students may not leave the showcase until it is finished. At that time, they will be released to their parent/guardian.
**Upon arrival you will check your dancer/gymnast into our dressing room**
Seating:
Doors will open 30 minutes prior to each showcase for performers and their guests. All seating is first come, first serve and tickets can only be purchased online.
Food & Drink:
Only food and drinks purchase inside will be allowed!!
Photography & Videography:
Photography and videography is NOT allowed during our shows. This is for the protection of all our students.
Theater Etiquette
Talking, getting up and moving around should be kept to a minimum during performances. Please remind your guests of this as well.
